- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Peel and slice ripe bananas into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
- In a medium bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry banana slices in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sea salt while still warm.
- Let cool before serving or store in an airtight container.
