  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced

  • 2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked. Stir in cumin and chili powder.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add some beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Fold sides and roll tightly.
