- 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a coating station with three bowls: one with 1/2 cup flour, one with 2 beaten eggs, and the last with panko mixed with garlic powder.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, then dip in egg wash, and coat generously with panko.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon bites in batches until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss cooked salmon bites in the sauce before serving warm.
