- 9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil and oregano)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly add chicken broth while stirring, bringing to a gentle boil.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions until they float, usually about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 3-4 minutes until creamy.
- Add fresh spinach and let wilt for about 1-2 minutes before removing from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
