- 4 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fresh spinach, removing tough stems.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted (3-4 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Gradually mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
