- 1 crusty baguette
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheese blend (1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup cheddar)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both halves of the baguette.
- Top with shredded cheese until overflowing.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
