- 1 large English cucumber (sliced thin)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 4 slices white bread
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on top of the spread and place another slice of bread over it.
- Cut off crusts and slice each sandwich into quarters or triangles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
