- 1 cup heavy cream (for frosting)
- 1 cup crushed Oreos (plus extra for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos gently.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; frost cooled cakes and top with additional crushed Oreos.
