Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
- Create the Dough: Add condensed milk and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with cloth, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down risen dough, shape into a loaf or rolls, place in greased pan, and allow to rise for another 30 minutes before baking.
