Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth; combine with dry ingredients.
- Fill donut pan cavities halfway with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cool slightly before removing.
- Toss warm donuts in a mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon.
