- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 2 tbsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Pour into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Roll warm donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture and serve.
