  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt with the yeast mixture until slightly sticky.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread melted butter over it. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll tightly and slice into individual pieces.
  6. Place in a greased baking dish to rise again for about 30 minutes before baking at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
