Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Soak the cinnamon roll pieces in the custard mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Cook soaked pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with maple syrup or whipped cream.
