Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin until thin.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; spread evenly over each flattened slice.
- Roll each slice tightly from one end and secure if needed.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; dip each roll briefly in the mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook rolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
