Instructions
- Gently wash and thoroughly dry strawberries, ensuring no moisture remains.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
- If desired, melt white chocolate chips using the same method, then drizzle over dipped strawberries.
- Let the strawberries sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate until set.
