- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
