- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack for extra kick)
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of chipotle sauce and ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken for about 6 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Once grilled, let the chicken rest before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble each burrito by layering sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado on a tortilla. Drizzle extra ranch if desired.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides first.
- Serve with additional ranch dressing on the side.
