Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 3. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 4. Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 5. Remove wings from the oven and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
- 6. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
