- ½ cup tahini sauce or garlic sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly and let marinate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil if using a skillet. Grill or cook each breast for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear.
- Rest and Slice: Let the cooked chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Prepare Pita Wraps: Warm the pita bread on the grill or in a skillet until pliable.
- Add Toppings: Layer sliced chicken onto each pita with fresh vegetables and drizzle with tahini or garlic sauce.
