Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, brown sugar, and lime juice to create the marinade.
