Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch bite-sized pieces, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs; in another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mix before placing on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even browning.
- Serve on a platter drizzled with marinara sauce.
