- 2 cups buttermilk

Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least one hour.
- Set up a breading station: combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in one bowl; beat eggs in another.
- Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and coat again in flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.
- Fry chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oil and rest on paper towels before serving.
