Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for a crispy crust.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a crust shape about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch.
- Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings; return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
