  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb)
  • 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-sear the chicken breasts over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Let rest before slicing.
  2. Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with lemon juice and black pepper.
  4. On each tortilla, layer chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, drizzle dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Fold in sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra dressing on the side.
