- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb)
- 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken breasts over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Let rest before slicing.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with lemon juice and black pepper.
- On each tortilla, layer chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, drizzle dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Fold in sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra dressing on the side.
