- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 thin flatbreads
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
- On a baking sheet, lay out the flatbreads. Spread Caesar dressing over each flatbread, then layer shredded chicken and chopped romaine.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake for about 10 minutes until warmed through and slightly crispy.
- Slice into portions and serve warm.
