- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
- ½ cup salsa or pico de gallo
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Cook in a medium pan over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, mash avocados in a bowl with lime juice and salt until creamy yet chunky.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest briefly before shredding it.
- On a warm tortilla, layer shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form a burrito.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve with extra salsa or lime wedges.
