- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick; cut into squares (4 inches wide).
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and your chosen toppings in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners toward the center and pinch to seal tightly, giving them a little twist at the top.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
