- 1 package (8 oz) croissant dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices at the wide end of each triangle of dough.
- Roll each triangle snugly from the wide end towards the pointed end.
- Place rolled croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
