- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; sauté for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Remove chicken from heat; shred or chop into bite-sized pieces and mix with shredded cheeses.
- Lay out tortillas; spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
