Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown (6-8 minutes per side). Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken from skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Shred the chicken once cool and mix with half of the shredded cheese.
- Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
