Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before chopping.
- 3. In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, minced garlic, shredded cheese, and parsley.
- 4. Lay out tortillas and scoop the cheesy mixture onto each one. Roll tightly.
- 5. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
