- 1 baguette (12 inches)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both halves of the bread.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each half and top with grated Parmesan.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
