- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Slice the French loaf in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both halves of the bread.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
