- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for about 60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Turn off the oven and let it cool inside with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
