- ½ cup pickle slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; mix gently.
- Form the beef into small patties (about 2 oz each).
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side until browned.
- Place cheese on patties before removing from skillet; cover briefly until melted.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and adding ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
