  • 4 cups full-fat milk

  • Raisins

Instructions

  1. Grate the fresh carrots and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt ghee over medium heat. Add grated carrots and sauté for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in the milk and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  4. Stir in sugar and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins; mix well.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra nuts if desired.
