- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups celery sticks
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, place in a bowl, and toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve on a platter with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
