Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. In a large bowl, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in buffalo sauce and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- Toss the baked wings in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and optional ranch dressing.
