- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Slowly add heavy cream while stirring; let it bubble gently.
- Mix in grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Stir in buffalo sauce to your desired spice level and combine well.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional buffalo sauce if desired.
