Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place an oven-safe rack on top.
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix the wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the Buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Coat each wing in the sauce mixture, ensuring every piece is covered.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
