- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually fold into the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in peach slices and pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
