Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- For the cookie layer, cream softened butter with brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla, then mix in flour and baking soda.
- Pour brownie batter into the pan; spoon dollops of cookie dough on top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but the center remains soft. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
