Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and drying the blueberries.
- In a small bowl, lightly mash half of the blueberries with a fork.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
