Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
- Carefully fold in blueberries.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups until two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
