- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices American cheese
- 6 slices dill pickles
- 4 brioche buns (preferably sesame seed)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop for easier cooking.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, garlic powder until smooth; adjust seasoning.
- Divide ground beef into four portions (about 4 oz each) and shape into patties slightly larger than the buns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned; add cheese slices in the last minute to melt.
- Toast brioche bun halves in another pan until golden brown.
- Assemble your Big Mac by spreading special sauce on each bun half, layering with lettuce, a patty, pickles, more special sauce, and another patty before topping with the final bun.
