  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 6 slices dill pickles
  • 4 brioche buns (preferably sesame seed)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your countertop for easier cooking.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, garlic powder until smooth; adjust seasoning.
  3. Divide ground beef into four portions (about 4 oz each) and shape into patties slightly larger than the buns. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned; add cheese slices in the last minute to melt.
  5. Toast brioche bun halves in another pan until golden brown.
  6. Assemble your Big Mac by spreading special sauce on each bun half, layering with lettuce, a patty, pickles, more special sauce, and another patty before topping with the final bun.
