Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Gather and chop apples; set aside.
- Mix the batter: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Create a well and add eggs and milk; stir until just combined.
- Fold in apples gently to avoid breaking them.
- Heat oil: In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry fritters: Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil; fry until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar while warm and serve.
