Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add a splash of oil and sear the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Incorporate bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are bright and tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; allow to simmer for one minute to blend flavors.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
