- 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat dry. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and smoked paprika; rub this blend on both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 3 hours until tender.
- Unwrap the foil, brush BBQ sauce over the ribs, and return them to the oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes for caramelization.
