- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels for crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place wings on the grill in a single layer. Grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush on BBQ sauce to caramelize.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
