- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, placing an oven-safe rack on top.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack and bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While baking, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a saucepan over medium heat until well combined.
- Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a bowl and coat with the BBQ sauce.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
